These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Adaptive Nutrition website, the 12-Week Program, The Workbook, The Journal, and any related digital or physical materials (together, the "Program"), provided by Adaptive Nutrition ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, completing checkout, or otherwise using the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Program.
Adaptive Nutrition provides a 12-week digital nutrition and habit-coaching program consisting of weekly guidance, a workbook, optional physical companions (printed workbook, journal), and optional workout support add-ons, as described on our website at the time of purchase. The Program is educational and self-directed. We may update, improve, or reorganise Program content from time to time to keep it current, without reducing the overall value of what you purchased.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the Program. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.
Prices are shown in GBP (£) at checkout and include any optional add-ons you select. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase via our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers. All prices are correct at the time of publication but may change for future purchases; changes will never affect an order you have already placed.

The Program provides general nutrition and habit-based education. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace consultation with a doctor, registered dietitian, or other qualified health professional. You should consult a healthcare provider before starting the Program, particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are managing a medical condition, are taking medication, or have a history of disordered eating. All content within the Program — including but not limited to written materials, The Workbook, The Journal, branding, graphics, and page layouts — is owned by or licensed to Adaptive Nutrition and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use this content for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or publicly share Program materials without our prior written consent.
You agree not to misuse the Program, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, reverse-engineering any part of the service, or using the Program in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation for other users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adaptive Nutrition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Program. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Program is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Program if you breach these Terms, including through misuse, non-payment, or unauthorised sharing of materials. You may stop using the Program at any time; this does not automatically entitle you to a refund outside the terms of our Refund Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Program or legal requirements. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
